what is the solution for the Counterfeit products message on ebay
 

Hi Guys,

I sell Microsoft office 2019 pro plus in ebay...So the listings pass through indexing and then appear in search results.

The problem that happens is that when I sell 3 to 10 pieces and then when I want to change the quantity or adjust the price..There is an error message notification message from ebay that says: it seems that you sell a counterfiet product....Generally after this message appear for the first time, the account will be suspended after 1 or 2 hours...

Anyone can help me solve this problem ?

but why other sellers are making huge income with the same product ( Office 2019 Pro Plus ) and ebay do not suspend them or tell them that they are selling counterfeit products as in my case ??!!!

Many of the other sellers have been long time sellers of this item.

This means it becomes hard for a new seller to have any luck.

Could you look at other items maybe?

Find something else to sell or be prepared to create countless account.

The former sounds the best option as burner accounts + Managed Payments ain't a viable long term proposition.

Many reasons exist for how they survive either via the way they operate, or special technique or whatever - you shouldn't be worrying about them - your case is your own....and your sales item is so risky...best of luck on your choice
