My banned address is a condo, does this mean ALL units at address are banned?
 

I used a condo I own as the address for a new ebay account, ebay banned the account after listing my first item. Does this mean that all condos at this address are now banned from selling on eBay? The address was formatted like this:
1234 main st
unit 123
city, state, zip
USA

Could I use the address without a unit # or use a fictitious unit #? Couldn't someone troll condo and apartment complexes by just getting banned by ebay, screwing hundreds of people out of selling on eBay? Am I making this more difficult than it needs to be? Do I even need to use a real address for eBay MP as long as my name, SSN and DOB are real? Will eBay see my address from my bank?

Only your unit number is banned. Each unit number is considered a separate address.
You cannot make up a unit number or omit one as EBay requires a verifiable address.
eBay's managed payments don't care what address is on your bank account regardless of if they can see it or not.

All I can say is that I have used fictitious units in condo/apt buildings in the past

Were any of the units banned while others were not banned in the same building? What happens if you entered like "unit 0123" instead of "unit 123"?

Verifiable in what sense? As in, a property with that unit # exists or that it's on public record with that person's name? (USA) This seems like it would be a problem for short term renters (not that ebay seems to give a crap), I wonder how fast public records get updated when you rent somewhere?

I used units that were plausible...like if a level went from 1801 to 1821...I'd add an "1822"...it worked for me - and all other new info

eBay does not ban addresses. You can register other legitimate, distinct users using the same address and they'd all be fine.
