Setting up new business account w/ real info
 

I had my real account with my personal details suspended a few years back because I cancelled too many winning bids.

I am in a decent position now because I moved and have a new IP address, new physical address, and no one has accessed ebay at the new location. I read one of the stealth guides out there....but what I want to avoid is having to jump through too many hoops. I basically just want a legit account with real info.

What I am thinking is that I can open a new, real business entity (LLC), a new business bank account, business credit card, business ebay account, business paypal, new Windows instance. This entity would have its own and legitimate EIN number.

I don't know if my phone is compromised so I would only access this new account with PC, using new business credentials, and wipe any phone EXIF info from pictures, would all of that be sufficient?

I don't want to invest a significant amount of time in this enterprise if there is a good chance I'll be shut down again. I primarily operate in the used items, car parts, random mostly low cost nick nack category, which I perceive as low risk. No copyright and no high volume competition.

Accessing via the PC with wiped pictures is a good move. Seems like your approach is good

You should also change the phone number and your real name if it was previously registered so that all your accounts are not linked

The situation is not easy. You really should change the personal information on all your accounts to protect yourself. To be calm about your future account, I advise you to have a separate number for work. This method work, I know.
I also studied stealth for a long time and made many mistakes. From now on, be careful; take breaks between bets.
Now I'm trying just as hard to protect myself, so I decided to turn to a financial consultant for insurance planning. This is in case I fail to withdraw all my funds at once.

Honestly, I do have exactly the same question. My eBay seller account was suspended approximately 5-6 years ago, but now I need to return to that marketplace.
Got new LLC, phone, warehouse address, bank account, laptop, etc. But it is asking for someone's SSN to be on file.
Will eBay shut down the new account if ill use my info as an account manager for the business?
