Does the guest buying work for suspended accounts?

Just wondering if I want item can I get it as guest or does that d'bay crap do a red alert, red alert, red alert, because of shipping address, followed by d'bay goons kneecapping you???

My fallback is to have my out of state kids buy the item, so I can still surprise my bride for birthday. Then I am through with d'bay and will bad mouth them to whomever will listen.

Still works perfectly well.
That's what we're doing with some of our PayPal accounts with a balance; widowed by MP. Just log out of the dead eBay account and place your order as a guest.
