Account indefinitely suspended, 1998
I’ve had my account since 1998, no email or anything but today I see it’s indefinitely suspended, they won’t say why and gave no email, customer support won’t speak to me.
So that’s that, don’t know where that leaves me, I can’t appeal, can’t speak to anyone, there’s no alternatives to eBay, I can’t sell on Amazon.
Totally frustrated and gutted after all the work I’ve put into it. |

| just remember something went wrong, it could have been a small mistake, but dont get too upset just start thinking about how will you create an all new account, really there is no other choice, from my own experience ebay is rarely reasonable and wont reinstate you once your shown the door by their bots |

| did you happen to send in stealth docs for MP? because silent suspensions without any emails are not typical for ebay except for one case , this is when people apply for MP and provide stealth info and ID |

| welcome to the new ERA of eBay, there ultimate goal is to finally get rid of small sellers. just like everything else in life the big boys always win. We peasants are nothing but cockroaches to them. They will just lie about there numbers so they keep the stock price up. In reality, thats all they care about and probs make more money from there stock then customers LOL |

There are too many sellers than buyers,most sellers have multiple seller IDs,often selling the same items,just taking up bandwidth.
trimming the seller workforce will allow the remaining ones to make a decent profit. |

Ultimately ebay can get stuffed, they’re never going to give my account back, I’d rather move to another platform, the biggest problem is getting traffic to my website and to Etsy, eBay forgot about the sellers who made them big. It will take me a while but it will be worth it to not be associated with scambay. |

Make a call to their customer line.
It's very sad to hear that personal account that dates from such a time can get easily removed from system.
eBay is now trash, they are updating system all the time, and their bots are literally bots at this moment. It is what it is, it will be this way for some time.
