Abusive buyer policy

Hi
Faced a problem
Have one ebay account made month ago. Honest account and PP
Bought one item. It wasn't deliverd
Wanted to open a eBay case and after open got Abusive buyer policy

Then my PP got limited

Is there any option to fix this? item wasn't delivered. Support replies sorry BB

Only option is if purchase via PayPal was funded with a credit card then you can do a chargeback

First case as undelivery
NOthing to tell. I wrote them ready to pass any verifications, ready to have a video call, anything
Asked them to call me because i cant.
"sorry nothing we can do"

No other cases. Have only one and first purchase

yes. this is a problem. bank chargback is pretty difficult . thank is why looking for way to unlock or pp or ebay
