Does ebay read your messages when reviewing account?

Does anyone know if ebay reads your messages when reviewing your account? I got an MC011 restriction and ebay said it wouldn't be lifted until after they review my account in 3 business days. One disgruntled buyer made reference (via refund request) to an incriminating message I sent him that I really wouldn't be able to explain. So I'm wondering if you guys think they'd go through my messages for this specific one? If so, would they bring it to my attention? Thank you!

They can see the messages but not 100% sure they will do so for a MC011 restriction

They do. Once I had a buyer who never paid for his order open a INR case to which I replied “F off”. My account was suspended. True story.
