Does eBay stealth still work?

Got indefinitely suspended on eBay, and don't think there is anyway I am getting my main account back.

I'm curious if eBay Stealth accounts still work? In my region as soon as you try to list something they ask you to link a bank account for MP, so what can I do?

Stealth accounts still "work" but MP you will have to use real info.
