Taking over family members eBay account with an S Corp
 

I’ve been banned from eBay multiple times over the last 10 years, all of these accounts were set up under my personal info and got banned for various infractions. I have a family member that no longer wishes to use their 15 year old eBay account and I plan on taking it over and converting the account to an S Corp. some questions, my banned accounts have used the same address this non banned account has used, I’ve logged into it using the same devices and sold items under it for the last year or two without taking a single precaution to avoid my accounts being linked to this family members account. This account is still in good standing with great seller limits. If I take it over and change all the info address/phone number/email/login devices, am I running the risk of burning an time/money/an EIN?

No point in changing emails or phone numbers as it's just gonna raise unneeded suspicion.

If the address matches any of your previously suspended, then it's gods work if the accounts get suspended or not.

If you have the option to sell without incorporating first, go like that until they request verification.
No point pre-preparing everything and paying money for an EIN only to later get suspended.
