Driving Licence back side
I used to be asked to provide front and back of my driver's license when I was converting my eBay account to Business and switching to MP. That time it was my real details.
But what if now I have an individual stealth account bought (with stealth name, dob an last 4 of SSN) and it's time to confirm the tax status and provide an EIN? What if EBay asks for front and back of a driving licence again? I understand that I can buy a creative one which will have the stealth name and DOB I have on the account but what about the back side of it? There is a barcode there and I believe if it's scanned (in case of a real DL) it should show the name and other details of it's owner. So isn't it safe to provide EBay a creative one which will not show any matching info if its batcode is scanned? |
