Account suspended after I add bank account
 

When I add bank account is suspended. Mismatched name? They cant see the name of bank account can they? Other accounts are fine with same bank. But I do see the deposit amounts.

do you mean the bank was not added at all but sales were running?

I sold something and then I add the bank usually maybe that's the problem. New bank account new ebay account

If this is a US account running with MP, adding a bank account that matches the name on your MP account is part of their verification process. It's always best to add the bank at sign-up as mismatched names cause suspensions and/or document requests (bank statements, ID).
You must use all real information, and if you don't, don't sell first as you're just going to lose your money when suspended.

My other US accounts have mismatched names with bank and they are all good. So I don't know where you get this info. Maybe they changed something.

The names dont have to match.
What method are you using to add the bank acct? avoid using the instant verification because THAT does allow them to see the name of the bank acct holder - they actually add it to the ebay acct.
What bank are you using? is it the same as youve used in other accts?

I had a long running stealth. Had to sign up to MP to use it again got my docs from a top seller on here (no names) and it was still excommunicated to Naru Land after sending docs.
100% positive feedback and 2 years old account.

Anyone got any MP stealths for sales that will work by the way ?? :peace:

If your bank is not in the list or you think is not in the list or you don't want it to be in that list then No. Ebay makes allot of mistakes after they fix one they make 2 more.

I cant reach support if any one knows how to reach them please let me know. They disabled the support I don't know any way to reach them.
