MC011 Declined appeal
 

hi like many i got hit with the mc011.. they even banned my linked account which is under a different name/dob same address.

i replied back to the MC011 email and provided all ID and proof of purchase for my items

is there any hope? to recover any of the two accounts or can i make a new one somehow

Hi there,

I got hit with an MC011 too. How long has it been for you? I didn't receive a response for 2 weeks and they reviewing my case. I provided proof of purchase, receipts, my LLC, photo ID, passport ect... but unfortunately they responded back stating that it was indefinitely restricted. :(
It's really hard to go through this. What was the reason for your MC011?

Was you using the same IP address for your other accounts?

yes but the accounts are in same household so that's irrelevant

two different identities

Always relevant to try for different IP in order not to link them via that way

We’ll that’s an issue never use the same IP for all your eBay accounts that’s one way of linking accounts I’ve had account being suspended yet all my other accounts under the same address still work fine so moral of the story use separate ip addresses for each account.

there is no hope of getting the accounts back. it is very likley they will refund your balance in 2 month.

I suggest to move on and next time try to not link the accounts to each other by using different ips and browser

how do i move on though? ive heard you cant stealth on MP in UK. is the only way to use a family member?

I actually passed MC011 it was quite easy to pass it as well. Problem I have is trying to create back up accounts I need plan B, C, D etc in case anything happens to my big account. I’m going to use family members/friends real name address date of birth and just link my bank see if that works.

USB in the marketplace appears to be selling proper stealth UK accounts with sales on them. So it looks like it can be done.
