Account suspended/ MP/Stealth??
 

So update.. (I previously had a ebay account suspended two years ago)

I made a new account two months ago and I just decided decided sell and list items on the account this past week.

I registered the account with Managed payments under my SSN once I did that I sold several items and it asked me to add a bank account (Ebay says the name on the bank account must match the account holders name)..i used my middle name and last name to open the eBay account. The only difference between bank account and eBay is the middle name.

I still had no trouble with the account until this morning. I made two sales last night and got a odd message from one of the buyers. They had a question and sent there phone number so I could call them..isn't this odd?

Could that be the reason I was suspended again or was my old eBay account linked by my ssn to my new account?

Are you selling questionable/risky items as a base of sales?

How many items sold in total? Address same?

I think you can try to contact EBAY and over 80% the account can be restored?

If you were suspended for violating the member-to-member contact policy, eBay would tell you that was why you were suspended.

I've sold only 5 items.

Address is different. I sold a watch and ps4 controller.

well what was the reason they mentioned in the email that you were suspended?

yea, its been around for awhile but now its getting worse. automatic spam bots trying to purchase items and not paying, then sending you a message to call/text them

whats worse is that this can get you suspended if you even reply to them as ebay's bots assume you're trying to contact them outside of ebay

I’ve only had this happen one time when my eBay account was new, maybe 10 feedback. They sent me an offer on an item and supplied a number to call. Most likely only sending it to new users. About a year ago as well was when it occurred.
