EBAY account locked for five days

Hi all,

Five days ago my ebay account was locked to protect my security. I have had at least twenty five chat or phone conversations with ebay agent. They are all the same. They tell me that I have an active trouble ticket with the ebay technical team and the team will send me an email which will allow me to sign in within 24 hours. After five days there have been no emails. Is anyone having a similar problem?
