Account restriction

It looks like your ebay1 account is associated with another account, ebay2, which is currently restricted on eBay. As a result, we’ve restricted the ebay1 account until you can resolve our concerns.

Be sure to sign in with ebay1. That will make it easier for us to help you out.

I still didnt received an email or message regarding what should I do. Should I tell them that I am using ebay2 also or should I tell them that its not me?

Which ever account was mainly effected by your restriction is where you'll need to tackle the issue.

They just restricted your second account until you can solve issues on first account.

Happened to me just a week ago, they limited my girlfriends account even though we didn't use it for a month or more.

Yeah, same IP and address on file. But we created the account on her device & phone wifi
