eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - converting from individual to business

I have decided to form a business and wanted to convert my individual account into a business account for MP reasons. The google searches on how to do that says to exit your account preferences however, I do not have an "edit" link where is states what my account type is. Can someone provide me with any insight? Thanks

You can always chat with ebay customer support and theyll give you the necessary link.

top Left -> account preferences -> Personal information -> Account Type (Edit) --> then upgrade to business

does that not work for you?
