AT&T Mobile Hotspot Good for Stealth?
 
I'm currently suspended on eBay and I'm going to open another account in my moms name. We're going to create a fresh bank account and use my grandmother's address.

Is using my AT&T hotspot good enough to satisfy a new IP? The only problem is the hotspot IP shows in different states each time. Is that going to be okay?

Id go with Verizon. Thats the one I myself use.

Just a piece of advise.
Don't put your eggs in one basket.
Go for multiple accounts.
Work with at the very least 3.
One gets suspended. You still have another 2 working while you re-open a third one.
