After suspension, anyone successully able to re-open new account?
 

Long story short, I sell personalized items which sometimes contain images of various things (sports for example). I've been doing this for over 10 years and never got a suspension....I also see a ton of other people doing the same. So I thought I wouldn't have any real problems.

Last week, I had a huge spike in sales. The most I've ever had. I guess it caught eBay's attention so they suspended my account and asked for documents of licensing, which I don't have. So far after some back and forth, nothing has happened.

I'm just wondering if anyone here has been able to successfully open a new account after a permanent suspension? I'm trying to save this account but a rep told me it's unlikely.

1. Will eBay care if I open a new account (will not post the same itmes) me again?
2. If I create a new account using someone elses name, but use my bank account, would they notice that and give me issues again?
3. I want to use my legit EIN when setting up my account....is that an instant ban as well?

I have heard here and there they for some reason, people were able to open a new account (with different account owner details) and use Managed Payments with the real details that were suspended and people haven't had problems. But I don't know how true that is and how that even makes sense.

Stealth however does not prevent eBay from seeing my name on a new bank account though correct? Isn't that an issue?

Sorry I may be misreading this post. New bank account would be right on point meaning that it would be a good idea to open a bank account, and that eBay themselves would not see my name on it (which would connect me to my suspended account)?

I was able to open a new account when i moved from TN to Kentucky, lasted 4 years then they suspended my account July of this year wasn't linked in anyway but due to selling performance

don't you need to send in bank statement? name and adress will show then

Ebay can see the name when they take micro deposit back,
