Hi,

Got a 3 day restriction due to VeRO, and I know that the next one will be 7 days, 30 days and then permanent.
Would changing the IP and windows user can help reducing the risk to get the next restriction?

Vero is caused by items, not ip.

The first time it is a complaint of the brand. The next restrictions are coming with eBay BOT so maybe IP and windows user can make it harder to find.

You've been told its got nothing to do with IP but feel free to do whatever you want. :thumb:

Nope. If you are reported again for, depending on how long your last vero report was then it will be another 3 day.

eBay seems to give multiple 3 day bans depending on your feedback, ect.

I had about 10 vero reports before my account was shut down.

The best risk reduction is to avoid selling these vero items on this account

good advice.
Depends on the brand,Tiffany even took Ebay to court for false advertising,by allowing sellers to sell counterfeit Tiffany items.
Another brand is Chanel,one seller claimed she goes to Paris and bought out of season sale items ,showing credit card receipts,handbags,luggage tags,wallets etc,her listings were all removed.

Manufacturers also are active on Ebay and will remove or ask Ebay to remove counterfeits .-Rolex,Nike,Tiffany,and a host of other popular brand name manufacturers.

if it is hard to find,why bother to list them,buyers will not be able to find them as well.
