Hello guys i am officially a newbie but i have been lurking in the shadows for almost 2 years. I recently received an MC011 (Oct 2021). This was for one of my accounts i have 2 in total. I have not proceeded with anything except responding to the original MC011 email that ask you to upload tracking. Once i did that i received a response asking for ID , BANK STATEMNETS AND SUPPLIER INFO. I know that this most likely means my account is fried. My question is does anyone believe in these suspension appeal gurus online trying to sell you a way out? I wont mention any names but there's a fella out there claiming 95% success rate over 5 years. I have been scouring the internet looking for ways around this and I am starting to believe that calling ebay and trying to talk my way out by admitting my faults and my drop shipping activity and promising not to ever do it again. I have had this account for 9 years i don't want to lose it as i use it to buy my sneakers and other ****. Has anyone on here had any success talking to an actual human and pleading their case ? I was suspended by amazon for drop shipping a month ago on a new account called them up the same day spoke to a rep and after 30 minutes on the phone telling them i was sorry and that i would change my business model and never do this again i was reinstated the same day. Could this work on ebay with a few tweeks? Theres always a solution to a problem right???
