eBay account has been permanently suspended

Register from ebay.de my wife name and info + connected to Payoneer same info

one hour later account is blocked
We would like to inform you that your eBay account has been permanently banned as we have discovered activity that poses a risk to the eBay community. and bla bla

Any thing I can do?

Try customer services, see what they say. They might just want to know what you plan to sell.

The account got suspended after creation or after you tried to list a product?
