Can't Figure Out What Is Going On
 

Last 5 accounts I had submitted a second listing, they all get "Reactivate your eBay account" 30 minutes after. Pretty much stating to contact them to confirm some information.

But those accounts are gone as each time I contact them, they say the account is permanently suspended with no appeal.

Mind you this is accounts that are a month old with 2-3 successful sales on there.

I list glassware, pots and pans and toy type item categories.

Accounts are ran on a Mac mini and on Windows Desktop using Firefox Containers. IP is combination between IP burger and mobile IP.

Names are variation but still match the SSN of mine and EIN that I also have.

Multiple names cannot match one single SSN.
The SSN, DOB and name need to be a match.

If you are from the United states as your flag suggests, you were born with one. If you are overseas and looking to sell on Ebay US, that ship has sailed.

Ebay can and will match name with SSN. You can no longer sell on Ebay in the US without an identity check (name, DOB and SSN). Thinking of hiding behind an LLC as so many here suggest is futile. An SSN with matching name and DOB is required on ALL managed payment accounts in the US, business and personal.
Adyen MUST know who you are and where you are in order to operate US Ebay account...period.

Correct.. being completely stealth is over. You will have to use your real identity information or a family / friends information that you have a real close relationship with.

You don't sell in the US. You simply can't.
SSN's aren't something that one can purchase legally. Every American is born with one. If you were to obtain one through unscrupulous means, you are committing a felony, not to mention putting a burden on the person who it was stolen from.
Even if you could get your hands on one, it's still not enough for you to open a bank account in the US. You'd never be able to withdraw your money.
And if you were able to jump these hurdles, no foreign IP or phone number will allow you to sell in the US...none!
Ebay has effectively closed every loophole to keep foreigners out of the US market. Why? You can't service customers with reasonable shipping times from the other side of the planet. You cannot be easily located if you scam customers or Ebay.
In other words, you create too many headaches for Ebay and Ebay's customers, not to mention the sellers who use their real SSN and pay taxes, unlike you and others that must commit fraud by obtaining stolen SSN numbers.
Not to sound harsh, but focus on selling in your country, and if that is not possible, try to find a good paying job. Best of luck to you.
