So ebay restricted my new account
 

Hello! My name is ex, I'm kinda new with the forum and entering inside the stealth world, so i made a new account and a few hours after listing ebay temporaly disabled my account, when i sent an email they seems to want some.info from me, this is what they ask for:

1. What types of products you want to sell on eBay (write in detail what kind of products and manufacturers)?

2. Do you have these in stock?

3. Who is your supplier for these items?

4. What number of products you plan to exhibit on the site?

5. If the goods are new or secondhand?

6. How fast you will send the goods after receiving the payment?

7. What shipping service you plan to use?

8. You are going to use the tracking number and delivery confirmation?

9. Do you have any other eBay accounts to make purchases or sales?

The problem is: i sell veR0 items, so i can't exactly reveal what i sell, my question is theres any advice from someome who also sell veR0 to answer ebay? Does anyonr know how ebay deals with digital art? Because i tough as an option said that i sell.digital art made by order, but im not sure if that's allowed at ebay

1. say the truth
2. say that you phisically have products in stock
3. look for some local supplier
4. say the truth
5. say the truth based on what you already published
6. say you are fast
7. say you use one of the best shipping service like fedex, ups etc.

9. of course not

vero items will be blocked when they discover you if you have no authorization. imo

Is the payoneer verified? If it is and you answer correctly to all the questions everything is fine. The procedure is standard.

A tip from me: never EVER say you are not going to sell or that you will sell 1-2 things, but you are not sure what exactly. Say you have a supplier and find a local one to state.
If they ask if you are going to buy on ebay, do not tell you will buy regularly x, y and z. This is a test to know if you are going to make scams on the platform and then resell

Digital sales can be rough and if it's vero on top...might be best to start fresh

You will struggle with digital items unless you are selling on a already established account I would say.

Try and establish it via tangible goods first.
