Why eBay won't release funds from suspended account?

My account was suspended more than 70 days ago,

I've read multiple posts stating that after 60 days, the funds would be automatically released, but then as of today Feb 9th, Still no info. what to do next?

Whether or not eBay releases your money to you seems to depend on what kind of activity you had before you were suspended. The worst of the worst never get their payouts.

Could be 90 days, or 180 days or never.

Like Phaz said above, usually it is dictated based on what you were selling along with if tracking was issued. It you had charge back and cases opened, I would not expect a settlement for at least 180 days. If you had a lot of foofoo claims, maybe never.

Also, if there is a w9 issue, the new laws could make getting funds hard and will require filling out IRS forms.

if OP loses the chargeback,he would not receive any payment!
worse,does MP slap a chargeback fee to his MP account,like Paypal does.
