Last used suspended account 8 years ago. Can I start a new account
 

I received a permanent suspension in 2014. It was definite and final. It was most likely deserved. It was a suspension from my business address but my home account was also suspended in 2010.

I have never applied to managed payments and I have not used ebay since fall 2014. I do not care about recovering old accounts. I was wondering if there is any chance of opening a new selling account? I do NOT have a new home address or name. I DO have a new computer, internet, and checking account. I can use an LLC if needed but it goes to a different address.

Does any one know how long they keep suspension records? Is there any chance I can open a new selling account?

I purchased the Stealth guide in 2015 after I got suspended but I did not end up really using it much. I looked for it but I don't recall where I put it or if it would even still be relevant.

I clicked on the current version but it implies that it is 19.99/mo. Is it a subscription that is 19.99 a month?

I am currently using a sort of stealth account so I guess the question is; is there any chance I can begin to use my real information again?

However, I did ask 2 questions so I am not certain which one you are responding to.

Is this a subscription based service that is 19.99 month?

Is there any possibility I will be able to register as myself again even with an LLC. I have not used ebay since they have started using managed payments so I do not know what kind of records they have kept.
