Not suspended but got warning. But legit item what to do?

(My main account since 1999 and starting to get on ebay again )

Not sure why I got this notice but this is the second time saying my item was copyright or trademark infringement on two different products and It was for two simple shirts I got at the mall from a reputable shop. Not sure if it was some random troll, competitor or glitch but it said it was final warning and next time I would be in 3 day restriction or something. I know that vero notices warrant suspension forever but are these notices I am getting more of a timeout and not as serious? I plan on listing upc new items now and no designer items. The tshirts were not designer tees also. Or is vero items get same notices like this too. Final warning they give me is quite scary considering this is my original account ever since 1999 with 9k feedback

So I looked at items that were similar to what I was selling that is completely not official item and saw that they’re still selling it so that makes me even more puzzled I even have the receipt of the item not sure who to contact. People who are getting suspended via VERO Getting the same message I am getting and I should be very concerned and worried as well ? Not sure how many warnings people usually get but seems like the next problem that might happen is they will give me some kind of restriction and is this the same as the vero

just stop selling in the category where items were removed. you are moving towards an indefinite restriction

This is different than vero though right. Vero seems more strict and moves to permanent instead of indefinite. Even though eventually you keep doing it doesnt matter if its vero or not. Anyways , i can see why so many get suspended on here.

it is worse than VERO because there you get a complaint from a specific rights owner , you stop selling their items and the problem is solved

here you have been red flagged by ebay without complaints , this means you can only escape this if you stop selling in this and similar categories completely

It may be your competitors selling the same items coming after you. eBay is getting very cut throat

Guess Vero had a name and thought it was most offensive but didn't realize these anonymous, trolls, competitors flagging listings that were actual legit items were more of a threat. Doesn't make sense as it seems Vero companies know there items more so ebay will trust them and mark it as more serious. (assuming that is). So if I just go competitors right now and see their items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ I can report this and ebay will send same notice?
Does vero get same warning like this and they give same amount before final suspension? Link below shows that if next time this happens ebay will do a 3 day restriction, which is much better then suspended forever but I'm guessing after that 3 day restriction and happens again, your gone. Wondering if Vero has this same process of warning? Anyways, ebay allows me to work more harder in my web design field.

That might be the case, but just curious how these Chinese shops that are clearly not authentic have 100k feedback and still selling. I'm sure many reported them but guess good money for ebay so they turn the other cheek?

Do you know if let say you are off the radar for 1 year selling legit items (which coincidentally two items were legit lol) Does ebay refresh the copyright item warning. I'm guessing right now it's a 3 strike rule.... and not sure if a year later it gets back to 0.

ebay do not remove listings easily , such an issue arises if the account was red flagged by ebay bots which check item location , seller location , price , category , item title , copyright features etc.

a typical scenario is selling well known brands at low prices in new condition and in quantity or selling copyrighted items from known counterfeiter locations like China and Russia.

once the account is red flagged by bots for suspicious items you get a warning , then 1 day-restriction , then same with 3 , then same with 7 , then same with 10

once you have reached 7 and 10 you do not have much time to live. the reason why I wrote it is worse than VERO is because VERO at least takes a company to complain while here it is just bots red flagging people without any proof of infringement but based on "assumptions" programmed in the system

Well you mentioned bots and I always wondered if this was just a theory or people confirmed bots are destroying sellers account left and right. Makes sense since no way ebay staff can manage all these new sellers coming and going.

What was interesting was that the second item that got pulled a customer mentioned what the tag was. I didnt respond as i was busy with my ft work but after ignoring the person week later that item got pulled. Not sure if he was mad and reported or if it was a bot.

You mentioned 1 day 3 day timeout but the warning i got said 3 day and no mention of one day. How many timeouts do vero notices get? And does these warning refresh after let say a year?

Ebay used to be so easy to sell .. now its becoming cancel culture

the 3 day restriction is a serious warning which will not expire but it will become less relevant over time , in order for it to become so you need to stop selling the category which was hit
