Ebay suspended my account
 

Hello,

I have created an account recently and didnt do anything on it. After some time decided to upgrade it for selling. When I did my part, after some time I have received an e-mail from ebay MC113 saying:

Your account has been suspended due a potential of high risk to our ebay community.


I have never sold anything on ebay and this was my first account. I talked with ebay support on the chat and I dont have even option for send an appeal.

What to do?

Ehatvsetup did you use? Hardware, ip, phone. Vpn? Were details real? Whay bank account used?

I used my PC without any VPN and this stuff. Details were real also bank acc was real.

Create a stealth is all you can do at this point

this is a so called welcome suspension , it hits most if not all new sellers

you need to call in and ask to reinstate

How I can call to them? I wrote an email and they sent me the same mssg as on chat. I cant find any number where I can call.

Then try perhaps some other media service - twitter comes to mind

The number should be in the contact us page. Ringing is always the best way to go if you can

Yeah but Cant find any number. I have only Chat option on ebay.com and on ebay.pl is an e-mail option

Have you looked on Google? Failing that go into chat and ask for the number :)

you can choose the option your account was hacked and this allows to call them

They wont unlock my account. Its so unfair anyway. What`s the process of linking bank account in to stealth? Stealth has different name and surname so if I link my bank account they will ban me or no?

The names don’t have to match if you verify with microdeposits
