ebay company account closure

Hi everyone, :welcome;

About 1 month ago, my company account was suspended as soon as it was opened. :comp5:

I contacted customer support and deleted my account.

Can I open a new business account with the same information again now?

Thanks

The account was opened in England.

Welcome to the forum OP - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:

I wouldn't personally risk using the same info again. List your steps of account creation for more informed discussion

No. Unfortunately the account information is now in their notes...
You should never open a new account and start listing right away.
60+ days only buying activity, contacting sellers, putting sellers in favorites and LOTS AND LOTS of browsing before even considering listing your first item.

THEN you try listing your first item - NO COMPANY LINKED.
After a few months, when you see they are not messing with you - then you can add your company information.

eBay and company info is just a waste of money.
Dont bother creating a company for eBay if you are not selling above 85k per year.

Where to start.....

There is absolutely no reason to mess about buying, contacting sellers etc if your account is created correctly. If you look like a bona fide seller they'll treat you like one. I have never done what you suggest and have always used the whole listing limit on the day I create the account (albeit that it's usually only 10)

As for your 'advice' that creating a company is a waste of money and only worthwhile if you plan on exceeding 85K then that's just baseless rubbish, I'm not even going to explain why because it's just plain wrong.

Absolutely not. Do not re-use any data. Nothing.

If my company address stays the same, is it okay if I just write my phone number and my brother's name for the registration name?:pout:

Ideally you want everything new

You can reuse some details like an address but it always involves a risk

As others have mentioned, you would want fresh details.
I have got away with some accounts by using the same address by using a variation on the address though.
