i just changed QTY many times with 7~8 listing.
after that, i got suspended.
is it one of reason my account has Permanently suspended?

No maybe you logged into a bad IP. How old is the account and how many sales has this account got?

IP is NEW
and i sell GENUINE car parts 100~300usd

i just did change qty many times for limit increase.
and asked increase limit few times only.
after that, got suspeded :(
