locked for the 4th time
I was blocked for the 4th time after making a new ebay stealth account, of course everything was changed, do you have any advice? also I also bought item to avoid suspensions |

1. yes
first I used an American voip, they told me ebay that was not good, you see that it was a voip I changed it with a real Italian sim. the first product was a tool to keep the screwdrivers and so on, with homemade photo |

Italian SIM should work
Keep first items very very basic... like unbranded stationery (cancelleria)
With MP in place, account shall be registered to a real person... I think at some point they will check if person is exists from a tax point of view |

VOIP is usually not a good idea... they don't like it for sure.
I recommend following the steps in the stealth guide to start.
Then come back here for more specialized info |
