My Ebay Account has suspended due to linked account
 

Hi,

My account was suspended due to linked with suspended account of my client as i was using the same laptop.

now they are asking to resolve the issue on linked suspended account then only they will reinstate my account.

is there anything anyone can suggest on how to convince them that linked account is not mine ??

Yep, agree with above. It's gone. Time to start again and ensure there are no links whatsoever.

what did Ebay want to see?
Sometimes a family used each other DEVICE and they all get suspended,but they can show they all live in one address and have their own ID ,bank account etc

They need to see every person uses different device. Same device sharing ends bad.

If it was simply unpaid fees, pay the fees and good chance both accounts will be reinstated.

So depends on if you know who owns the othe account or not and if you are still talking to them

If you do then they need to resolve their account first then you can ask for it to be reinstated. No way to remove a link like that they so maybe better to move onto another account

That is the point of stealth. You should have multiple accounts ready to go. Cannot dwell on any one account. Eb will take it down sometime down the road even if your doing everything right.

I know you're trying to peddle your shop but it is wholly wrong to say that you need multiple accounts and that they/it will get take down even if you do everything right - that simply isn't true as many of us can tell you.

To be fair, he didn’t say you needed to buy from him

For those that put in the time and effort, it is possible to make your own accounts

However, to say that any account is 100% safe, even if you do everything right, is completely wrong

A quick scan of these forums, or even the official ebay forums, will show you horror stories

Trust me if you think you’re doing everything right. You could still be doing something wrong in eBay eyes. It’s best to have multiple just to keep sales volumes low and if one gets hit unexpectedly it wouldn’t hurt your business as much. I couldn’t imagine only having 1 single eBay account

How am I trying to peddle my shop? My signature ? what about the others here? I see how you guys are trying to attack me I will keep notes. There is a few people here that agree with me. My opinion is my opinion. I have been doing this for years.

Everyone have their own opinions. But from my experience from selling on eBay for years. eBay hates new accounts with high volumes of sales. And to avoid this you sell on multiple accounts. I guess some people never have been suspended with loads of funds just stuck on availible funds for 60 days.
