5 years old business eBay account MC011
 

Hello, guys
I've been dropshipping on eBay UK from Amazon for almost 5 years now with a total of 5K feedbacks and a few days ago I received the popular email from eBay MC011.

The same day when I received MC011, 5 items not received cases were opened against me, and also a week ago I received another warning from eBay MC044 I think all of these were connected that's why they suspended me.
Because these buyers were lying saying they have not received their parcel a few months ago I created a f**e tracking website and I was able to close all f**e cases in my favor. ( I WAS USING THE WEBSITE ONLY FOR CASES WHERE BUYERS WERE TRYING TO GET FREE ITEMS!!)

As some of you know in the UK we are not required to upload tracking numbers it's recommended but it's not mandatory. So I was not uploading any tracking at all anyway there is no way to upload Amazon trackings to eBay orders.
Maybe that was another reason for the suspension.

Now I have been asked to upload tracking numbers for all my orders which is ridiculous I had about 2000+ orders in the past month.
Is it required in this case for every single order to have a tracking number added?

Also, I know after that they will ask me for invoices and some other documents.
If I send them invoices from Amazon which show the delivered address is my eBay's registered address will they accept this?

I have not replied to them yet I'm still waiting to resolve all opened cases before doing it. Any help or advice will be appreciated I hope I can get it back.

Certainly seems like a targeted increase of fraudulent buyers :( hope you can get reinstated with effort

Tbh it's not increased recently this how was on eBay for ages that's why I have created a tracking website...
I hope so as well mate I live in the UK so all my business documents are legit...

Does anybody know when I'm going to reply to them what should I write exactly?
Like any specific text or just to let them know that I have updated tracking numbers and that's all???

9/10 after you provide proof of tracking and resolve all buyers complaints they are going to then ask for ID, Invoices, Utility Bill and Bank Statements so be prepared

IMO the account is dead, they know you're engaging in retail arbitrage and just want you to confirm it via your defence to ultimately ban you.

Start prepping a new account.

Yeah, a few more people told me that I'm ready and I can provide all those legit documents only one thing is stopping and that's the invoices I was thinking to provide them Amazon invoices which delivery address is my eBay's registered address so that way they can see the products have not been shipped directly to the customers from Amazon. Somebody told me to not do this and I'm not sure tbh what to do...

I don't know I will try to recover it I don't have what else to lose. I've got already another account on my dad's name which was created few years ago on different device and PC should be good to go.
