From creating seller account to second listing did you delete any cookies or change ip to a whole new isp or change device?

If you didn’t change anything then your ip flagged them

defo somethign to do with IP address, beign picked up by the bots and then account suspended following any manula review when you call up

not to insult you or anything, but if you talk to ebay chat with non-fluent english on a new account that already received the "reactivation" message, that is a red flag for them

What info are they asking to upload?

most such suspensions are random anyway , it is like a welcome suspension on ebay which will be indefinite on most accounts and after that , in many cases , a second suspension which will most certainly be indefinite

The first one can be random/mistake by ebay

But the 2nd one means youre doing something wrong

How many out of 10 gets this and how many survives the chatting phase?

Re-using same listings or new every time?

IP solution? Numbers source?
