Can I send a second chance offer during 7 day suspension?
 

Hi,
I was suspended this morning on eBay for 7 days. I am a powerseller, the account has been around since 2003. I have been suspended once or twice before, I think once for 7 days almost a year ago, and once a month after that for 1 month. All the violations were the same- copyright, veRO.
So 2 weeks ago I listed a 1-day auction, when it sold, I listed another, the next day, one more. a couple days later, the first item (already sold, paid for, shipped, and received) was pulled down by veRO (weird it took them so long after the auction was over). I emailed them, no response. The other (of the same) items that I had sold and currently had listed were not pulled down, so I just let them be. The last one was ending today. A few hours before it was to end, I got an email from eBay saying that they were not pulling my listing down, but that it may be violating the same copyright laws, etc, and so because of that, they were suspending me for 7 days.
sorry this is so long- to my question- that item just sold, the person has paid. Can I now send a "second chance offer" to a few of the bidders, or is that violating my 7 day suspension?
This is my favorite eBay account, it is my only powerseller and oldest account.

oops sorry- I just checked back at the email I got from ebay- I am not suspended for 7 days, I have the 7 day restriction.

you can send them, it just restricts you from listing new items

Oh, and by sending a second chance offer, can veRO see that? Is that stupid to send second chance offers, when the same item was pulled down for copyright by veRO? Will the second chance offers get me in more trouble?

vero cant see it, but if its vero it can draw attention to you and get a takedown, even though its not been publically listed, happended to me before, ebay dont like you taking advantage of that to bypass the 30 day selling limit. 9 times out of 10 you should be ok though...

I personally would NOT send the 2nd chance offer whilst under a 7 day suspension, its not long to wait and why draw attention... particularly to a vero item..

I listed an a vero item as auction and then at the end of the auction i started sending second chance offer to almost everybody who were willing to pay for it.

then i got my paypal account limited.

I never did second chance offer and things were going normal. but since i started doing that, 2 paypal acocounts got limited.

Is it risky to do the second chance offer even when you already sold the item via auction?

About 50% of my business is from 2nd chance offers and I haven't had any problems with it. But, my product is custom made.

I also get a ton of extra sales from Second Chance, without problem.
