Hi can anyone give advice

I created a ebay account in 2009 (I was 17 years old)

I started selling custom vehicle vinyl from 2019
Eveything was going good until late 2021 buyers opening cases for late delivery yet I had provided proof so I would just resend them a replacement anyway, these got resolved but the buyers hadn't closed the case, so this all was making my eBay standards low,

March this year there was 3 cases that got resolved but again buyers wouldn't close them or reply to any of the messages being sent asking if they would close the cases, i had contacted ebay as they had removed all my items and hold my funds, until I send them photo id and invoices, I explained I couldn't send invoices of the products as they was made by machine, so after sending over photo I'd today they responded and have closed my account, i contacted them via the online chat, and they are saying because I made the account when I was under 18 years of age, they have had no option to close my account (apparently that's there policy) and unable to send the funds

Where do I stand?

In terms of getting your account reinstated, unlikely.

That may be the case for getting your money as well, but I don't know the laws in the UK.

Ebay has been especially difficult as of late for sellers. GL

I wasn't to fussed about the account as I was moving elsewhere to selling, it's just the fact they are refusing to release the funds

Yup, been there myself. Was able to call back a couple of shipments before being delivered since I was unlikely to be paid due to sudden closing of all accounts.

You may not get your money unless UK laws are on your side.

Not always, but I would ring to get them to confirm.

Let the account go, it's gone. (good for you for being entrepreneurial though)

Make a new account and also look into ETSY. They like hand made stuff like yours.

For your funds wait 90 days and see.

Been 4 months+ and still they havent released my funds :(

Then in your situation they are keeping the money. Must be a fraud case suspension

What was the suspension, MC011? You provided docs? Let us know more since it should be possible to get your funds back
