Is this automated? I mean the suspended email.

I dont answer them after "Reactivate your eBay account" for 7 days they auto suspend it, its correct?

If you dont reply to their first email within 7 days, they suspend the account

If you read the email, it says if we don’t hear from you soon your account will be suspended
