Open your help/support tab on ebay, and choose the criteria where you want to have the support, choose account > account suspension and on the left of your screen there should be 2 options, contact agent or have us call you, put down your phone number and eBay agent will call you

Update: Rang ebay. Only automated messages no matter what I choose and they always tell to go to their website at the end. Didn't manage to get to an actual representative.

Option only available for certain countries and certain periods. What issue you're trying to solve? You can chat with support and ask for number or callback, that works sometimes
