so my real eBay account got suspended back in June 2021, I just received an email earlier this month saying my eBay account was no longer below standard and my account was eligible to sell again, so I checked my selling overview says I can list up to 25 items, $7200, So I find some small items to list and get a notification my account is still suspended, I contact customer service chat and they tell me my account is suspended indefinitely and can't be reinstated

everything looks good on my account no more negative feedbacks, why do they send these emails and let me get my hopes up. they should also remove everything on my account then since I can't sell anything, is there anything that could be done to get my account active?

it's an automated email.
If they already said "indefinitely" then the account is actually gone for good.

they will also screw you over even if you purchase something, I ordered an item and never received it, contacted them and they said I'm no longer covered under buyer protection because my account is restricted, they told me to call to get my account lifted, this hast to be a joke!

I wouldn't use the same selling account to buy stuff in general.
