I had an ebay account in my mothers name and SSN. I was planning on upgrading to business and add my own LLC with EIN come tax time as my mother wants absolutely NO 1099k issued in her name or ss. But my problem is the account got restricted last week.
Can I still update and add my own EIN to this account so that come jan the 1099 is not issued to my mother.
I already checked and all i can change is the username and email. is there any way or hope

You cannot make any changes to the account whilst suspended, you will need to remove the restriction first.

Hank is correct OP - hopefully your mom won't be too affected by the 1099 that will come her way...use stealth method moving forward
