Friend Had Account Suspended Because of Due Balance

Hello,

My friend's account was suspended because he owed $11 to eBay from a year ago. I paid off his balance with a privacy card. My personal account is permanently banned, so I plan to have him help me sell on eBay again. After paying the $11 it seemed like he could use eBay again normally. He got a MC999 notice saying it was reinstated. I have a few questions:

1) Should he create another account for me to use completely separate from this account that was suspended once or should we just use it? It never sold with eBay managed payments and doesn't have that much identity.

2) Is it safe to use the same laptop used to sign into his old account to unsuspend it?

3) Should the next account I open with him be an llc/corp, or can I test a regular account first?

I am trying to be extra cautious as we both move to a new apartment together tomorrow. He never lived with me and I want to make sure his old account's light suspension doesn't mess anything up. I read the stealth guide btw.

1 - Trasnfer the cookies if its a really old account if you can

2 - If its just logged from the same PC that ws used on the eBay account before that is also fine

3 - Test it first but keep in mind the tax bits that will need sorting

Should I make a new account or use his old account that I just fixed the MC999 for? His old account was only a year old and has one negative feedback as the only review. Wouldn't it be better to start fresh with his identity?
