ebay says I did not upload documents
 

Ebay says I did not upload documents, eve tho I uploaded id and bank document. A day after upload they sent me an email that they verified my bank document. A few days after I get and email that my account is restricted and another one with mc999 that my billing method is removed. Anyone had this issue?

The thing is the account is restricted, not suspended. When I contacted CS they told me they are sending this to the verification team, haven't heard from then since, 6 days have passed and they do not respond to my emails.

Mc999 is a permanently suspended account, stealth is your only option eBay is just gonna give you a run around

This was a stealth account. About the mc999-had this before for unpaid fees with same message for removed payment method, got this removed on many occasions.

I'm assuming you are using a good bank that you have used before successfully on your other accounts correct?

And you have done the creation method multiple times without issues?

If so is there anything different on this particular account that you did?

All the accounts I tried to verify are like this. The bank is a regular bank from my country. Ebay asks for verification after first sale on some accounts with a message that I have to verify my bank info. Then they ask for statement and id, no microdeposits.
Provide what they ask. In 24h I get a message that everything is fine, my bank is verified and my payouts are ok. In a few days I get a message that I didn't provide what they asked for and that I have to provide it, with a link in the message which when opened says I uploaded everything and they are checking. Then comes the email mc999 that my payment method is removed and they do this to "protect me".

Hmmmm.... so it's not the bank that triggered this.
Seems like something else within the account.

Have you tried just verifying the account with bank info and just complete it before they even ask for any of these?

I find that whenever I just verify and confirm everything before using an account it doesn't give me trouble.

I don't have the option to verify before they ask. Working with adyen system.
