keep getting same message for Mc011
 
Hello Im trying to solve MC011 first time they asked me for:
ID
Address proof
And Invoices

They accepted id and andres in the first time.

The second and third time after giving them more invoices im getting fallowing messagw:

- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacture invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)



Do you guys have any clue what could be the issue?
I gave them invoices they wanted. First time Just 1 big invoice 2nd and 3rd gave them more invoices and i get upper message.

so they took your ID docs fine but not the invoices.

This is why I hate MC011 . To me it's a deathsentence.

The invoices you sent, all the info are verifiable and they are clear to read?

1 English
6 of those in polish

Those are pdfs that shops sent me

Your invoice has to reflect payment information and that your supplier received payment

Maybe worth giving them a ring just to see what they need from you

Oh maybe thats the thing , 2 big invoices maybe the issue beacause of payment need to be done in 365 days from order , but i will try today for the smaller ones.

Yesterday i sent them an email in my language (thats the only option) UK support isnt really helpful on the chat.

Which countries eBay are you using? I assumed it was US from the flag

Yes im selling everything on UK eBay but account is registred for estern EU country.

Alright soo my account got reinstated 2 hours ago , they started blocking payments from buyers again ... It would be okay if it wont be 30 days im kinda afraid of making restock to sell if they ban me i would get nothing.

Also what i wanted to notice do anyone notice that eBay was searching throug social media?
What i've notice i was keep getting notifications everysingle time that someone was visting my account (3 people) and every single time 30 minutes after eBay was reaply to me (Vists never happends before) (it was 6 times due to 6 msgs to MC011)

Started blocking payments again - doesn't seem to be worth the effort to keep at this account.

What category of sales are you in?

Im selling Digital Goods , i meant they put money "on hold" for 30 days. few payments are already processing but i guess its only released for ADs payment.

First of all are you actually in USA? If not, please do change your flag location... it's confusing.

Digital goods.... I'm sure you know it's a very gray area.
I wouldn't dare sell on this particular account since you're still having issues with it.

I'd wait until everything cools down while using another account which I'm sure you have.

Okay i've changed it to EU Flag.

At the moment got account in process (the new one) old one get banned after 5 days i guess it was due to too fast selling, i've get limit increased from external service that migh be case im trying on the new acc slow selling.

Well i wouldnt mind even if the acc will get banned and wait but at the end i need those money.

Well anyway i will just spend 3k on restocking till the end of month and wont request limit increase.(its been over 2 months scienc they gave me higher limit , they been increasing my limit every 5 days).
