MC011 - Shipping
 

Hello, I was selling digital services on ebay. Now my account got MC011 alert and they want me to enter the tracking codes or buyers' feedback. 70 out of 80 sales added feedback. But I can't reach the other 10 people or they don't care about me. Is there an online service where I can send a letter to these remaining people with a tracking code? I thought I could send a letter to these people and enter that tracking code into the system. There doesn't seem to be any other way. I am open to your suggestions.

70 out of 80 is good - you could argue that in terms of buyers' feedback rather than trying to get the remaining 10. if eb still pushes back, it's because they don't like the digital services you are selling and your account is most likely done.

in terms of tracking codes, you could try sending a tracked letter but from what I have seen on eb, i have a feeling that this won't necessarily help lead to account reinstatement

MC011 is usually the end of it.

Digital items are risky as you already know and usually even though you gave them the remaining 10 tracking they'll still suspend the account.

the fact that 90% left you good feedback and it's not good enough for ebay says a lot.

So I'm guessing you don't have tracking for all of these correct?

If it's the only alert on file (MC011) and you have a bank account on file via MP, you should be able to get the funds last I checked.

I solved MC011 as Digital seller But saddly my account has been Flagged and they delete my listings in 4-5 days im almost at the point where its permentaly banned (1.2k sold 100% positive feedback).

My bot been adding Tracking number (which is order number in my system) and they didnt ask me for Tracking Number for mc011 just for Proof that i owe the items and paid for those (bank statement)

I've get rougly 60 days after last sale money with MC011.

digital items may be a long term business if you do not run them as main category but even in that case you are at risk as ebay are extremely suspicious towards non-physical items

a lot of times with MC011 whatever reason they are asking you to provide isn't even the real reason they limit you.
They just have to make something up.

Don't believe everything they say to you.
