Clicked on user is in Gmail app

I know this can be a newbie question .but is the first that happened and I didn't hear nothing about , I clicked accidently on the user id of a buyer in my Gmail android app
and redirected to eBay through the browser chrome ,( Gmail was set with "ask before show the image )then I just cleaned the cooking history and restarted the phone .
Can eBay in this case track and link all the others accounts in Gmail?
