Sumaia, in order for us to complete the review of your account we need to ask you to complete the following:



- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items sold on your eBay account. This may be in the form of feedback left from buyers. If you prefer, you can submit tracking numbers for each of the items posted. This will help show buyers more of your selling history and will also allow us to confirm that your items have been posted.

You sold 1 item and never uploaded tracking?

Only way around this is for your buyer to provide feedback and screenshot it and send it to ebay

if it is high value items tracking should be there

if low value you need to wait until all items are received , email all buyers asking to leave a feedback and only after that you file appeal

MC011 is not good.

Even if you were to ship it now you'll have to explain yourself why it took you so long to ship 1 item.

It doesn't look good.

If you want your account back you need to send it recorded so a proof of postage can be uploaded, as a buyer may never leave feedback.

If that passes, they will ask for ID.

If that passes, they will ask for supplier invoice of the exact product listed.

If that passes, they will ask for proof of how you made payment to supplier.

I fell short at the last hurdle and account is still in limbo, my account was a business account with real details.

I was creative with supplier invoices, it worked, the payment to supplier went through few bank accounts so didn't put that in yet. Will try that at some point to see if I can recover the account.

Ive had a similar issue before.
I just added a already used tracking number that said ‘delivered’.

Why didn't you ship the item and add tracking?

Seems fishy…

If you do that and they see the delivery address is different you can get in trouble just FYI

As per my experience, seems like it is based on your selling history. If your account is zero fb zero sales account - no way it will be reinstated from MC011. If it had some sales before - chance is like 50%.

most important issue here is that people need recent selling history , feedback alone is not enough. and additionally if there is little or no selling history it is not a good idea to sell expensive items even if the account is 20 years old

by the way , selling expensive items with no recent selling history is reason enough for ebay to think the account was hacked
