If your ebay accounts end up linked and you get a vero 3 day suspension in one account, do you automatically have a 3 day suspension on the linked account?

And if you don't, what happens if you end up getting the same vero violation on that linked account? Do you get a warning or a 7 day suspension (as warned in the original vero notice in first account)?

Depends on the violation. some times they give you 3 chances, some times just none.

ANd no, you shouldn't get the same violation on the other account, at least from what you can see. But if you do the same thing with the other account, it won't count as strike 1, more like strike 2 or just a perm ban..

What did you do to get the suspension?

Okay so to clarify from what you know the linked account (acct2) shouldn't get the strike 1 suspension but when it gets hit with the same violation it will get a strike 2 as it's first offense, right?

If that's true, then that means afterwards if acct1 gets hit with the same violation yet again, it would be a strike 3 instead of a strike 2, correct?

suspended for vero infringement. But I'm also asking about Counterfeit Item policy too since that is a separate but similar beast.

I don't have a linked account yet, I just fear that creating stealth with using the same name/dob/ssn might link accounts. Checking if there's still value in using linked accounts. I haven't made any accounts post-MP yet.

any copyright strikes are limited to the one account only but if you get restricted there is a real chance of a chain restriction of all accounts with same details

correct. and then you will need to reinstate the main account first, for the related ones to be reinstated.
