Default paypal limited first and now ebay restriction...

paypal given me a restriction in which I am still working on getting it lifted, however, before that can happen, eBay hit me with one MC028 and MC064 notice.

MC028 basically says:

Your listing activity has been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay Community. If you'd like to increase your limit, please follow these steps:

The first step in addressing your eBay limitation requires that you must first resolve any unresolved issues with your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal directly for more information on how to do this.
You can contact PayPal by taking the following steps:
1. Open a new Web browser.
2. Go to the PayPal home page (Welcome - PayPal).
3. Log in to your PayPal account.
4. Locate and select the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
5. Under the "Help by email" section, select "Contact Customer Service."
Once you have resolved all outstanding PayPal issues, please reply to this email for further assistance with your eBay account limitation.

Regards,

eBay Inc.

While MC 064 says:

The following listings were ended early and all fees were credited to your account:

xxx listing removed

Your listing ability was also restricted due to concerns for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.

Please note that this is a precautionary measure. In order for your account to be considered for reinstatement, please complete the following steps:

Send legible copies of ALL the following details:
- Your current Australian Driver's Licence
- The User ID and email address of the suspended account
- Your phone number
- One document listed in EACH of the following groups:

Group one (evidence of name)
- Copy of a current Proof of Age card
- Copy of a current Medicare card
- Copy of a current signed passport, including photograph
- Copy of a current Defense Force Identification
- Copy of a Notice of Assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office

Group two (evidence of address)
- A recent utility bill (mobile phone bills are not acceptable)
- A recent council rates bill
- Your most recent mortgage statement (from a recognised lender)
- A recent credit card statement clearly showing the first and last 4 digits of the card number and your billing address

Group three (proof of inventory)
A sample of invoices or any other documentation showing purchase or possession of items listed for sale on your account. This includes purchase records and related documentation from suppliers and/or other third parties.

Please fax this information to eBay, Attention: B001 Appeals, at: 61 (02) 9475 1488

Or send to:
eBay Australia
Attn: B001 Appeals
Locked Bag 10
Australia Square PO
Sydney NSW 1215

Note: Any documents submitted will be destroyed after your appeal has been reviewed.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Regards,

eBay Trust & Safety team

Any idea what I can do with this? Or my account is pretty much f***ed?

If you have the documents then send them off, if not is it worth "acquiring" them?
If its stealth and you havent yet got the documents then it may be easier to just start again with a new one- that's what I do

I have actually got all the documents in which they required. However, I'm not sure if ebay will return the account back to normal standing as I'm almost done solving paypal issues.

If youve got everything they want, the only way you'll know is if you send them.
Why wouldn't you?
