Apparently somebody reported me for selling brand in box automation spares that I bought from sellers on eBay and submitted all proofs but still got suspended
I’m new to Aspkin so could you please recommend someone who could help please

When purchased they got delivered to my cousin in the UK
And i ship them from Poland

are your accounts linked? i think suspension after some sales is something that usually happens, you just need to call them and answer their questions and telling them you are selling your items or items that you already own

I’ve already called emailed and chatted
Submitted all documents they asked for
But still got permanently banned

no, but in my country lot of people are getting their accounts on ebay suspended after some sales or just after listing
but a lot also managed to get back his account after contacting them

Sometimes you can call and get reinstated after answering a few questions, other times you can submit documents that are 100% good and they will still suspend your account. In my experience it depends on how good your stealth account was on setup, it may pass originally but on a re verification or VERO complaint gets suspended and no reinstatement.

well, ebay will release the funds within 1-2 month so you will receive them sooner or latter. Insiders can reinstate the accounts, according to my experience, but it will get suspended again very fast. Maybe in your case their reinstatement will help you to receive the $ faster but nothing else.

Hi,
I have my 2 Ebay accounts restricted mco11 and before for 01 account asked for appeal and provided legit invoice and documents but they marked selling permeant banned.
Suspend=sion reason is only fresh accounts and high sales while all orders were with trackings and delivered.
Please, looking for legit insider who can reinstate them.

anybody can help re-instating of 10 years old account that suspended due to BBE reason strangely even though there was no one case closed in favor of buyer and %100 positive feedback. But eBay says they changed the policy and it doesn't matter the case is closed in favor of the buyer or seller but seller must simple not get any case opened..
