Has anyone received 1099k for 2022 tax year for a suspended account

I had 1 account suspended 2022

Their is no 1099k / tax info email from eBay

It was only $3,000 but should have got 1099 cus of low state limit

Just declare the 3k on your taxes and deduct expenses.

1099ks for $600 were delayed this year unless you did 20k/200 items

Yes I know
But about 6 states had low $600-1,000 limits
Even before the federal $600 started tax year 2022

For those states limit is still low for 2022

Ebay colllects state tax for you in 2022 and remitted them to the buyer state,if all you do is sell on Ebay,you owe nothing as far as sales tax is concerned.
For my state,all I do is file the report with zero tax,your state may be different,you can call your state and find out
