Lifetime ban...seems harsh imo (please help, long read))

Hi everyone I have been selling with eBay for about 15 years. The account currently stands at 100% feedback with 750 sales or so. I had a period of time where I was selling pre-order's for items that would not be shipped for 2-3 months after buyers purchase (buyer has knowledge of this as stated in the description and title). After many sales of these toys I didnt realize it was ruining my ebay sellers shipping time score and made my account go below standard. I eventually had to pay 20% in seller fees and it was too late to get it back to normal as I would have to sell over 100-200 or wait for about a few months until it cleared which is what I did. The day my account went back to normal and cleared its below standard level, I stupidly made another ebay account because I wanted to separate home items from business items. The new and old account got a lifetime suspension just like that. No warnings no calls, no emails. Am I screwed forever?

P.S. Whenever I call eBay they tell me that they find me to be a threat to the eBay community and its irreversible and a lifetime ban. They even banned my wife's account and dont tell us anything but the story above is my guess.

First FTC has rule that orders must be shipped within 30 days, also if they are using a credit card, you can only charge them when you are ready to ship, like 24 hours.
You have violated both rules,Ebay/MP should not even allow you to sell under such condition.
You know,in the past, buyers will file item not received after you ship or rather the dropshipper ship and before it arrives,so they can get a freebie.

Your M.O does not fit Ebay,or rather Ebay is not an ideal venue for your type of selling, find another venue or set up your own website

Prior to Xmas sellings,Ebay would ask sellers who are selling toys not yet hit the market to show an invoice from the factory to prove they have placed an order .
2-3 months is a long time,I can see why Ebay does not like it.

As you can see now,you have been suspended by Ebay as it does not like your business model

yes,they will know.
They also know if it is a FEd exp or UPS stations. .

They know from the address you give them it is a commercial address and it is a SERVICE Co which service Fed Exp,UPS,USPS and DHL

Ebay also suspended his wife 's account!
Does your wife work?
may be use her work address?
or any relative nearby

they dont look at zipcode, they look at the address you gave them

if you leave them unshipped for weeks ebay would only tolerate it if it is not many transactions and the value is low

but with high value of unshipped items for weeks you will be suspended

NO,you should not mark item as shipped if it would not be shipped in the near future, one could get suspended by Ebay.
You confuse your buyers, they may think they should be getting them soon and if not, they will file INAD.
also it is dishonesty in eyes of Ebay, where is your tracking??

Its not my MO anymore. I was just something I thought of to do for about a month as the toys were very limited and I had pre ordered them myself and thought of making a quick flip by doing pre orders of my own.

Currently I have a lot of inventory of items that I would like to sell (100 items ) these would be shipped the next day...

I really messed myself, believe me I know what I did was dumb but it was just a month long period of time that I sold those pre orders and I even had times that I actually had to send paypal funds to someone because the transaction was already gone on eBay and the manufacturer delayed the release of the toy by a year. I could have stole but I am not that type of person and actually went out of my way to search through paypal's payment history and send him direct payment.

They basically looked for all your accounts and ban them all.

This is a story that has been going on for 20 years. It's nothing new.

Start over with the stealth guide, take your time with it, then use the forum for your questions

If I have a business account with an EIN but the address associated with the business account is the same as my personal account (which has a lifetime ban), will they connect those two addresses and suspend my business account as well?

I do have a PO Box that I can potentially change to be my business address but I was wondering if I will even have to do that? Thanks for all your help.

If you use your PO Box number put it as a suite address like Ste101 so they do not know its a PO box

Not quite correct, they look at the zip code and there are also business's in its range as well and sometimes in the same building or block. I have used this successfully with eBay and Amazon new account creations.

I need help I was banned from ebay because an Italian Ebay Site decided that the sheet music, song books and records I was listing - and had been listing for over 20 years was now considered illegal. I submitted over 2,000 invoices for the items I had listed. They still banned me for life.
My wife never had an ebay or paypal account how can I set up an account in her name?

Yes you can but you should not use your current address that you have had you banned account registered to, follow the procedure of not using the same IP address, account on your PC.

Basically you need to isolate the details from your banned account away from her new account. The rest will be easy as you can us her SSN for managed payments.
